In Nature Not All Things Are Equal, Some are much better

Why Your Brain Is Starving
In America we are eating more than ever, but our brains may be starving to death...

Brain health is critical to human health.  Some experts today say the current generation will not outlive their parents due to a diet high in bad fats, over abundance of carbs, and diets extremely high in sugar.    Fat is essential to brain health - and cardio vascular health.   If we feed our brains properly they function better.  You brain is mostly fat but saturated and trans-fats are not healthy choices for brain health - yet the American diet is mostly just that.    Likewise, the lack of good blood flow and cardio vascular health affects our brains.   Again, bad fats hurt - while good fats like Omega 3 rich foods and supplements improve our health.   In fact we need fat.

In some societies like Eskimos they eat a diet high in fat and are relatively healthy people.  Why?  It is mostly because the diets they are eating are wild foods and natural foods.   One of the best diets is to remove all foods with a label from your diet for a period of time.   Eat fruits, vegetables, and range-free meats and eggs - and watch how much better you feel - even the first week.   Cut out white sugar and white flour products and feel even better.

Everyone should consider the following supplements to insure the uptake of good fats for brain health:

·         Norwegian Fish Oils

·         Antarctic Krill Oil

·         Chiai Oil

·         Organic Flax Seed Oil

Good foods for good fats include:

·         Salmon (wild salmon is best)

·         Almonds

·         Avocados

·         Bananas

·         Turkey

·         Chicken in moderation

Foods to Avoid:

·         White Rice

·         White Bread

·         White Pasta

·         Pizza

·         Hamburgers

·         Hotdogs

·         White Sugar

·         White Flour

Best Meats:

·         Wild deer

·         Wild turkey

·         Wild boar

·         Wild fish

·         Wild birds
